Healthy Desserts

The first thing I thought of when I wanted to make a healthy dessert was a fruit salad. No added sugar, just fruit and some fruit juice. And it is also really delicious in addition to being simple to put together.

And I had no idea how great green grapes and strawberries went together. Those two would be a good dessert, or snack, just by themselves.

While I was at it I also looked up a few other healthy fruit recipes that I’ll try the next time:
