Pastels With An Edge

Here’s my outfit from a couple days ago – I’ve completely forgotten to post it. I think I need to eat more vegetables, because my memory has been horrible lately, haha. Right now I’m curled up on the couch with a mocha trying to forget how badly my muscles are hurting after I finally started working out again these past few days. But it’s worth it, right?
I like pairing pastels with something black and a bit edgy, just so I don’t overdo it with girly accessories.
It was way too cold to go anywhere without a jacket, but you can never go wrong with a black pea coat.

Sally Hansen – No Hard Feelings

This is definitely a polish that I’ll be using a lot when spring comes around. I really like the pale lavender shade. I wish it covered slightly better (three thin layers), but other than that it’s of good quality.
I feel like it’s slightly more purple in real life. Definitely more like this picture without flash.
I love pastels for spring, and I want to come up with a design using this one, pale pink, and pale yellow.
At the end I experimented a bit with my dotting tools. I haven’t quite gotten the hang of it yet.
I actually don’t have very many Sally Hansen polishes. I don’t know why. What do you think of them?
